Take a Deep Deep Breath

Deep breathing is a form of relaxation that can restore energy levels by calming tension in your mind and body. It's not only easy to learn, but you can do it anywhere. It is free!!

It is an excellent advice and it works great if you can do it for 10-20 minutes in the morning or in the evening. For me it was the start to a much "conscious" living.

Today... this unique gift, this one day, cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded. Handle with care. Make the most of it.

I read this quote on the internet- somewhere and I totally agree with it.

We waste so much time thinking about the future and the past  that we forget to live IN THE PRESENT MOMENT. Live in the present! Just do it!

Enjoy every moment:
  • say something nice to somebody who is always in a bad mood
  • say something funny to somebody who needs to laugh
  • say something positive to somebody who thinks that the world's future is not looking very bright right now
  • dance whether somebody is watching you or not
  • laugh at anything you think it is funny
  • breath in some fresh air (it's free!!)
I believe it was Henry Ford that said: "Whether you think you can or you can't, you are right", which basically means that you create your reality out of your thoughts. So... be careful what you think, or even better, be very aware of what you think.
